Default 2008 IS250 RWD (X-type)

I need a replacement of the brake rotors and pads for 2008 IS250. Do I buy the OEM or are there better ones to choose from? I moved to Lebanon where the country is very mountainous, so I need better braking system, compared to brake needs when I was in California.

Centric Premium Blank Rotors would be highly suggested as a good OEM replacement. Even if it's mountainous, I don't think you'll see benefits of drilled/slotted/dimpled rotors.
Front: Centric Parts 120.44125 Premium Brake Rotor with E-Coating
Rear: Centric Parts 120.44142 Premium Brake Rotor with E-Coating

I personally use Hawk Performance HPS pads and they've been great. Better stopping distances and consistent performance for daily road use.

Rear: Hawk Performance HB562F.612 HPS Performance Ceramic Brake Pad

Alternatives I've seen people using are EBC pads and EBC slotted/drilled rotors.
