Extremely odd. 3IS Optional Factory Lexus Bilsteins don't have spring perch...
Long story short I ordered the optional factory Bilstein/Lexus F Sport dampers for my 2016 IS200t. The front part number ending in 53093 does not have a spring perch for the spring to sit on. It's just a straight body shock. I triple checked the part #. My dealer ordered them for me.
Am I missing something? This same part # is also for the 2IS as well (Same front suspension)
I don't understand why there's no spring perch. I see nothing on the internet about any optional perches. It's just a straight shock body. And it's the front. PTR13-53093 and PTR13-53094
Anyone know whats going on?!
Is Lexus false advertising? I don't see anyone in the world that ordered these factory option Bilsteins on a 3IS even though every Lexus website officially lists this as a dealer order option.

OK for anyone interested in the future... my local dealer delivered this part to me with a MISSING spring perch. Bilstein includes a spring perch in the BOX for each front shock that the spring rides on. The perch rides on top of a circlip that is attached to the shock body.
I'll update this thread with some more info later...

To update, I found out the dealer I ordered them from did NOT supply me with the perch Lexus/Bilstein supplies w/ the shock. It's a round perch that sits on a circlip on the shock body. Their mistake. I just ordered the stock F Sport shock instead. No bilsteins for now. Maybe later.
