What type of noise is it making? Need more info that this. Is it squeaking or rubbing noises? Do you hear the noise when going over bumps/pot holes? During turns or straight.

not enough info to determine what this noise could be.

lol Another guy with Lowering spring problem hahahaha, what kind of lowering system you got on your lexus ? spring or coilovers ? it sounds like you forgot to tight up one of your endlink bolt or they popped when you were taking them out, usually when you lower an old car you need to replace endlink and bushing, bushing means any bushing related to suspension component, that how suspesion geometry roll bro, Toyota suspension is kinda headache once you alternated it.

If you lowered it on spring you gotta lineup the spring as stock. Clunking noise usually comes from Endlink bushing and Strut mount. My guess is your endlinks check them out
