Default Changing brakes on new car, do I need to resurface rotors?

As the title states above,

I just got a new 2016 IS350 F-Sport. It's got about 2000 miles on it right now, and I'm about to replace the brakes for low dust Akebono ACT1118's. Do I need to resurface the rotor? What do you guys think? Thanks in advance.

Sounds like a waste of money. Dealerships and auto shops try to upsell services not needed. I'd bet the managers receive a bonus for profits in a given period.

Definitely no need to resurface.

I heard the rotor of the f sport can't be resurfaced and it only can be replaced. Currently, my car is 39000 miles. F-sport 250.
