Is 14K/12K too stiff for DD?

Default Is 14K/12K too stiff for DD?

I daily my car seeing is thought it is the only one I own, but I am also a 20 year-old who isn't going to be too picky about modding. I was originally set on 12/10 because that, from my understanding, was slightly stiffer than stock and still rode very comfortably. Then I was suggested to get 14/10 which people said wasn't even that much more stiff. I have now come across the opportunity to buy some 14/12... My question is how much stiffer than stock would that be? I want the performance out of the car and lack of body roll that the stiffer coils will bring, but I don't want to be bouncing around off everything and feelings every single bump in the road. I'm more leaning toward preference for performance, but I really don't want it to feel like driving the the Lotus Elise. Any input would be great!!

With a little shock and tire psi "tuning", it'll not be bad at all. I wish I'd gone with 14k/12k because after running my 12k/8k for years, I want more! So I think you'll be good to start there in my opinion.

Very curious to hear your final decision. I daily mine too and I was thinking 12/10.

I daily drive mine with 10/12K with swift springs. I think I wouldn't mind going up to 14K in the front but I would be leery about 12K in the rear. The 10K in the rear are a little jarring when hitting bumps and such compared to the 12K in the front so I wouldn't want the rears any stiffer personally
