Default front brake wear more on pass

just had my front brakes replaced, noticed front passenger was down to almost nothing and driver side
was more than double it's size. lifted passenger side and rotated tire, felt harder to turn than drivers side.
feels like caliper is not releasing enough. could this be a bad caliper or improper bleeding.

Sticky Caliper.
Seen this on my dad's car.
New caliper should fix the issue.
