Default 08 lexus is 250 lowering springs

Hi I just got new rims for my lexus is 250, the rims are 19×8.5 front, 19×9.5 rears. offset is +38 front and +40 rears.
My lexus now looks really high off the ground, and I wasn't expecting that at all. I was wanting to lower it before, but now that's what I need to do. So I was wondering if my tires will rubb with 1.25" drop for front and rear?. And if I need to roll fenders or not and how?

I'm really stuck on what I should do, and returning the rims aren't an option, I really like them. Also if it's too low is it still driveable?.
