CL-- I currently have 2016 IS300awd FSport. I bump into a few threads and theres mentioning the elimination AVS when installing coils. On my car i can only put the car in Sport mode, i don't see an option for Sport+. Does this mean the car have AVS or not?
If i go with coils does this eliminate the Sports mode option, which i love, because it tightens the steering wheel.
Always had spring on my previous cars so dont know much about coils.

Twist right once for Sport. Twist right agains for Plus. Does that work? I don't have awd, but I thought all FSport has AVS. If you pop the hood, do you have a black housing on your strut tower? If you remove the housing, you should see the AVS piece on the strut.

Thx guys-- i just pull this up from their website "ADAPTIVE VARIABLE SUSPENSION (AVS) WITH SPORT S+ DRIVING MODE (IS 350 F SPORT)"

So i'm assuming the IS300 doesn't have ADAPTIVE VARIABLE SUSPENSION ? Will have to check the struts if there any electronic connector. SMH i'm really regretting this purchase-- should done more home work.

IS300 Do not come with the AVS.

The silver lining in that means that you can install the coils without losing anything! Your steering wheel will still tighten
