Default More gs300 nise

So i have a 2000 gs 300 that makes a god awful noise once you go past 20mph and progressively gets worse with speed increase. Along with the noise there is some vibration that can be felt through the floor. I had replaced the wheel bearings and rotated the tires and it did not fix the problem. Also i had the car moving and completely turned it off and the noise persisted. Strangely enough when turning right the noise completely ceases, only to be heard again after the car straightens out. Anybody know what this may be?

Run your hand across the tires and see if they feel uneven

There is only excess wear on the outside of the tire, however when i rotated the tires the noise persisted.
