Default Bilstein HD Shocks

Want to take some of the float and roll out of the suspension without losing much of the luxury sedan ride.

Considering keeping the stock springs, and adding the steering ECU, Bilstein HD shocks and white TRD sways. Advice/opinions? The car is on stock 17" wheels. Will these changes make a significant difference. Other choice I'm considering would be ECU, SP shocks, and blue TRD sways.

Anybody have any experience with the Bilstein HD shocks. Why are the rear HD shocks so expensive when compared to the rear SP shocks?
