Default Brake Master Cylinder - Pressure Sensor code after BMC swap

BACKGROUND
Car: 98 GS400, 250k+ miles

Brake Mods:
01-05 brake master cylinder (BMC).
Taken off a rear ended 2003 Sport Design with about 70k miles.
Installed by a well respected shop and yes, BMC was bled properly.

Front: Supra turbo calipers, OEM pads, OEM rotors
Rear: Stock caliper, Akebono Premium pads, OEM rotor

Stainless steel lines to all 4 channels, ATE blue

SYMPTOM
After the new BMC, the VSC/ABS/ABS OFF light is still on.
Code is for the BMC pressure sensor and rear passenger side vehicle speed sensor (VSS). Rear passenger VSS was replaced but code for rear passenger VSS still comes on also.
I can clear the code but after driving a minute, light and same code comes back on...

QUESTION
Has anyone experienced this pressure sensor code after swapping the BMC or can think of where I should start to trouble shoot? Before I start using a multimeter and check if the prongs/sensors, if anyone has experienced this and resolved, please do share.
I'm not too worried about the rear passenger VSS at the moment. This light is driving me nuts...

thanks in advance!

You just beat me to it...

I talked to a friend a few hours ago and he brought up the sensor too. I didn't know about it and didn't tell the shop to swap the sensor; this is my fault

(embarrassed, runs away)
