Default 98 & 99 GS400 lower?

Has anyone noticed a difference in the stock suspension height in the 98 and 99's compared to the newer models. It seems as though it sits lower on the road. I spoke to the prev. owner who said he did not alter the suspension at all. Maybe its just in my head.

Per the brochures the car did get lower if I am remembering correctly (from 98 to 99). The coef of drag also decreased (maybe cause the car is lower?).

One other thought was that maybe when they printed the 98 brochure they didn't have final specs? I know they had the final drive ratio reversed between the 300 and the 400 in the 98 brochure.
