Maybe a pad dragging on the rotor. On a different note, very jealous you have both front and rear.

Can you try to get a video of the noise. Hard to diagnose through words.

Did you install the kit or did the shop? Perhaps slight rubbing from a bent dust shield?

FYI...

Please verify/double check that your front F-Sport calipers you bought are actually for the IS350. Note, they will look exactly the same from the outside and will install exactly the same. The difference is in piston diameter size in the caliper itself.

I was about to buy the front and rear kits from the same shop as you but found out the front kit are actually for the IS250 which smaller piston diameters and the rear kit is for the IS350.

IS250 F-Sport BBK Front
Piston diameters: 30mm/30mm/34mm

IS350 F-Sport BBK Front
Piston diameters: 34mm/34mm/36mm

^Interesting, I just figured the kits were the same for both models.

I have the IS350 F Sport BBK on my IS250. No problems at all they work great. I called Stop Tech before installing they told me only problem the ABS will be a little off. You might want to check and see if the rear rotor dust covers that need to be cut for install of the rotors is not rubbing on the backside of the rotors.

On the front rotors they should have taken the dust covers off and installed 2mm spacers shown in this photo,

Gville350 went the other way. IS250 kit on IS350 along with the correct IS350 rear kit. I am sure the piston diameters are larger on the IS350 rather than IS250. Would be interesting to measure the piston diameters on stock IS350 brakes.

Good luck on eliminating the noise you are hearing.

^So what fixed it? A loud intake and exhaust so you no longer hear it? LOL!
