Default Rear LCA bushings

Has anyone replaced the rear lca bushings on a sc400? Could not find anything in the DIY section. Is it possible to replace the bushings while the lca is on the car?

I did all the bushings except the rear uppers on my car. You will probably need to cut the bolts off and get new adjusters. After that the arm has to be removed so you can press the old bushings out. There is one in the knuckle but if you are good with a hammer and chisel you can do it on the car.
