$700 ain't gonna cut it.
I'm also shopping for coilovers and a reasonable price for a complete set is about $1000. not including installation.
I suggest you save up, work some OT, or buy a cheaper car :-p

If you can do the installation yourself (there's a DIY on here), then you should be able to get a set of Megan EZ's for around that price. Quite a few people have them without issue although I think the spring rates are too soft for a car the weight of a GS.
I agree with czr73 though, if you're going to go the coilover route, save up another $3-400 and buy a nicer set than Megan's. Cheap isn't the route to go on this, unless you just find a deal in the classifieds.
