Looks like ball joints and ties rod ends. Got mine a few weeks ago. Hadn't had a chance to put them on yet; will get to it next weekend.

I installed them myself today, yes. Really a great part and its pretty straight forward, bolt on, bolt off procedure. There is a good write up on here on replacing them to. The write up will want you to remove the brake caliper, but you don't need to. I did it just fine with the brakes on. The MOOG ball joints and tie rod ends I installed today come with the crown nut and cotter pins you need, and also the screws you need to thread in and grease them with. I have a grease gun and was able to grease them up, but I couldn't tell if there was enough? It definitely was going in them though.... Need to post a new thread and ask some people how they greased it. Ill post more pics of this tomorrow! Took me about 2 hours per side. Need an alignment now though.

Id rater save 275 bucks and do them myself, I try to do all the work myself, except any difficult wiring, gauge cluster work, or timing belts. Because every time I mess with those things, they end up going bad :| Well, I can do the timing change on a KA24DE motor, since its really easy lol.

And I'm curious as well, what kind of control arms are those?

I'd say they look like the stock caster arms (#2 control arm)...
