Rear alignment specs -0.28 Toe bad?

I just got my alignment done on IS350 ...I made sure toe up front 0.00 But told firestone guy Rear factory spec -3mm. so rear shows Camber L -1.6 R - 2.1 ....TOE left -0.28. Right -0.35. They used Hunter machine. ......Toe range was 0.04. 0.20 Wheels looked cambered

The camber is okay, assuming you're lowered. Why didn't they fix the toe?

so my toe is bad ? where should rear be if i want it factory spec - 3mm

i read a on a thread that's pretty good for the rear if your lowered in the back I am dropped 1 ReAR

TOE left -0.28. Right -0.35...were these the specs AFTER the alignment was finished? That is HIGH! The MAX on each rear wheel should be between .04 -.20, not above .20!

Take a look at this Lexus alignment spec sheet after my alignment after being lowered on BCRs :

I had inside tear wear from right rear having factory spec TOE range ...I believe my was .016 ...what should it look like at rear factory spec -3mm ? ?

^What do you mean by "3mm"? Alignments are spec'd in degrees, not inches or MMs. The above mentioned specs say nothing about being set at .016 degrees.
