Bad Brake Booster???
I just recently picked up a 98 GS300 with about 150,000 miles. Everything is good except I have the ABS, VSC, and VSC off lights on. I originally thought it was a bad speed sensor. But when I took it a mom and pop shop to pull the codes, it read: C1225 and C1223. I am presuming that it is the dreaded brake booster.
I followed the following diagnostic testing procedure in the link but I got ~6ohms across the board. Im lost.

Any one have any thoughts on this? Thanks.

In the link you posted, the ranges were 3.5-3.9 ohms and 4.75-5.25 ohm across the indicated terminals. Given that you tested it with a multimeter and it failed, the codes you pulled indicated it failed, and how common it is for a booster to fail on these cars, I'd say, yeah, you probably have a bad unit. Not to panic, they are simple enough to replace and there are plenty of walk-throughs on this site. Make sure when finding another unit, get one from an 01+. They rarely/never fail. Hope this helps!

Looks like I celebrated too soon on this one.
One of my brake lines going to the brake booster is leaking. I've taken it apart 5 times and reseated it, made sure it was straight and tightened it. But it still insist on leaking. It's leaking at the threads but from my understanding, it's the flange and the cupping that creates the seal, not the actual bolt, screw. How do I go about fixing this?

Hm. Well, breaking down the two components there either the mating face in the booster is damaged or the line is damage. I'd bet money the line is what's damaged. It's not an expensive part. In a pinch, I have been able to cut the end of the line off, flare it, and put it back in.
In a pinch like you're in, if the line will seal between the line and the nut, applying teflon to the threads might help. It's cheap and easy enough to give it shot.
Someone may have better advice than I in this situation but I hope this helps.
