Default Top of the Rear Shock

How do I get to the top of the rear shock? Do I need to remove the backseats, trunk-liner, etc.? I read through the shock replacement DIY and nobody really covered how to do it.

Get in the trunk. Find the humps on either side under the shelf. Pull out the small black plugs so you can fold the liner out of the way. You should see the shocks. Zip ties work great to remove the black plugs. When you install them back in, just cut the zip tie off.
