Default RSR Down Springs Wear n Tear?

Just wondering what everyones opinion is on the RSR down springs? Have seen them on a bunch of cars on the forum and LOVE the way they look What do you guys think the wear and tear will be due to the smaller gap between the frame and shock absorber? What is the lifespan of the RSR Down Springs?

Im not very familiar with how springs work..sorry if some of this post is hard to understand.

Springs will be fine, your shock absorber on the other will have a lower lifetime...

I love mine so far... about 500 miles on them so far with no issues.

And... moving to suspension forum.

Anyone know the lifetime of the shock when springs are installed? Obviously it will decrease but anyone have an estimated number? 2 years? 5 years?

I can't speak for Lexus, but I have Tein H-techs (moderate drop) on stock struts on my Acura TL for 100K miles and almost 6 years. Most of these miles were on fairly good roads and on the highway so a lot depends on roads and driving habits. I'm surprised they have lasted this long though, but all they need to do is last another 3 months.
