Default Larger diameter tires on F Sport ?

My 2014 IS F Sport 250 AWD is fitted with Bridgestone Turanza EL 400:
Front 225/40/R18
Rear 255/35/R18

Would there be a problem to replace with these large tires:
Front 225/50/R18
Rear 255/45/R18

This size I think will increase the height by 1 inch. I like to do this because there is a tilt at the entrance of my driveway that scraps the bottom of my IS

My knowledge is very limited with tire sizes so I am seeking the experts help here.
Thank you

Those tires are way too big.
Its almost 2" larger in diameter.
Your odometer and speedometer will be off.
Its not the correct size.

You could do it but you would get a speedo error of -2mph every 30mph.

I would probably go with 225/45/18 F & 255/40/18 R

tall 245/45 fit on both front 8 and rear 8.5 for more balanced neutral feel
