I'm not sure if thats it. When you hit a jump and the springs compress to absorb the hit, you'll get the same negative camber at that moment.

Im thinking the variations could be more on the model vehcile. It would be more helpful if everyone posted their exact model Year, FSport/Base, 350/300/250, AWD/RWD

I picked up Eibach 20mm spacers today. Not able to fully air out in front or rear

- The front tire hits the front of the inner fender liner. Hoping the GSF negative caster bushings will move the wheel toward the rear and improve clearance.

- The rear tire hits the rear bumper/fender. I guess it would require a camber kit, or a better fix might be running reduced width tires.

I removed the 20mm spacers after 24hrs. Neither front or rear have full clearance.

Exclamation

So stock height and 20/20mm for front and rear don’t rub? I’m assuming any hub centric billet spacer pieces will do the trick or which brand is preferred? Thx

20mm will rub on suspension compression. Especially the rear.

I get the impression that a lot of 'i dont rub' comments are visual clearances while parked.

Hey everyone, I just put on my winter wheel setup on my car with the 25 mm spacers on the front and 20 mm spacers on the rear. The wheels mounted are the OEM IS350 non-F Sport wheels which exactly as the same as the F-Sport wheels in terms of fitment and specifications. The only difference with my winter setup is that the tires are Michelin X-Ice 225/40/18 on all fours (square tire setup). The rears are stretched, 225 vs. 255, and there is no rubbing at all on the rears.

To recite the issues discussed above, with the 20 mm on the rear, there will be rubbing with the OEM suspension but of course it may vary depending on what kind of tires you get. If you guys want to try a flush fitment without rubbing on the rears, you can try having a 225/40/18 square tire setup on the OEM F Sport wheels but obviously it may effect performance due to the decreased contact area.

I can post pictures if anyone is interested of the 225 stretch on a 8.5 rim.

225 is not considered stretched on an 8.5in rim, 225 goes upto 9in wide. Stretched is when you go over the manufacturers maximum recommended wheel width.

Your effective increased rear clearance with 255->225 and 25mm spacer is +10mm at the tire.

I'd be curious to see 225 on 8.5. If someone had 225 on 9.0 I'd like to see that as well.

The first three photos are of the fronts with Michelin X-Ice 225/40/18 on the 8 with 25 mm spacers no rubbing.

The following three are of the rear with the same tires but on the 8.5 with 20 mm spacers. You can see the slight stretch and clears the rear fenders with no rubbing.

I originally went with 25mm all around and was rubbing on big dips, I now have 20mm all around and have no rubbing issues on big dips with 3 people in the car and trunk full of stuff.
