Will D2 coilovers on an 03 IS300 fit on an 01 GS430?
Let me start by stating that I'm a newb and I'm getting more acclimated with what these forums have to offer from other Lexus lovers, such as myself. I'd like to thank EVERYONE who provides great input and information that will help me get on that VIP level one day soon.
Now, with that out of the way... My question is; does anyone know if D2 coilovers that were on an 03 IS300 fit on an 01 GS430? Also, what's the general consensus and opinion on D2 Coilovers? I'm sure this has been covered in here at some point, I just haven't had the time to sift through all if the threads lately.
Any info on this would be appreciated. Thank you!

Top hat in IS are smaller. Front lower shock bolts are smaller. Rear will fit without a problem.
But then again then IS is lighter and your car will ride like crap. SC430 CO fit no problem. just short rear shocks.

My bad, I'm JUST now seeing these comments and I apologize for responding. At the time I was looking at a set of used Megan's for an IS and was curious if they'd fit. Please excuse my ignorance as I'm still a newbie at all of this. I may be a member forever ago, but I'm just NOW becoming an active member. LOL!!

save up for coilovers for this car, you're not retrofitting 240 parts from different chassis together, you're building a lexus, no offense to any s chassis drivers here, these are totally different cars, and as retrofitting things to make fit is cool and all I just don't see it on a Lexus chassis like the GS.
BC racing coilovers I have heard nothing but great reviews from them, stance's are good too and drop pretty low but have a super stiff ride the way my friend has his set up. megan's are a nice comfy coilover but strut won't last long if you sag the spring to bring it lower than it's made to be. just some general info I know from personal experience and from the forums here.
