Well, I had the same issue you problem have, the nuts on the end link holding onto the sway bar are rusted on tight! I ended up getting a set of new end links on ebay for a good price; but they're not longer on there. Bummer! They were cheaper than OEM, but of good quality.

Do i have to order the right end link and left end link separately or do they both come in one pack?
When i click on "Add" to my cart for left link
Then, i click on "Add" to my cart for right link
It does not list them as separate items and puts the quantity number to 2.
The part number is same for right and left end links 4883030090
Do i need to order 48840A and 48830D separately?
$68 each link or both links?
Please help.

Here's a cheaper option with everything you need :

When the new end links are installed, use anti-seize.

^No prob!
IF you end up having a problem sticking the end of the end links down into the LCAs, you'll want to take a file to it to clearance it down a bit. One of mine was just slightly too large to fit down into the LCA; had to clearance the metal down just a tad. Not a big deal, just be careful of the rubber.
