Default suspension noises

I have two noises in my front suspension. I just replaced my shocks, lower ball joints, and #2 control arms. The noises were present before I replaced these parts and did not change after I replaced them.

Noise 1: I hear a clunk when I back out of my garage and step on the brakes. I then get a similar clunk when I step on the brakes for the first time going forward. I checked all the caliper bolts and the suspension bolts and they are all tight. I noticed that my #1 control arm can be twisted fairly easily by hand when it is only attached to the car. Could the bushing be worn enough to cause a clunk? I have been looking for replacement rubber Lexus bushings but, have not been able to find any. Does anyone know of a source for these?

Noise 2: It sounds like there is a loose washer in the front suspension. I mainly hear it on the LH side and only hear it on bumpy roads when the suspension is making small movements. I disconnected the front sway bar and drove down a bumpy road and the noise remained. I also checked all the bolts as mentioned above. Could this be the headlight level sensor?

Thanks for any suggestions.

That brake noise is perfectly normal and common. It is simply the brake pad shifting inside the caliper a small amount. Install new brake pad hardware and it will be quieter, if not gone completely...
