Default Brake issue after tie rod end replacement

I have look around on here and I can't find the answer to my question so maybe you guys can help me. I have a 03 lexus GS300 and just finished replacing my inner and outer tie rod ends .I had to recharge the battery before I drove because I left the radio on.I get in the car to drive it and the brakes where to the floor I pumped them a couple times and the pressure came back. I put the car in drive and the car feels like the e brake is on I look it was not on.The car would move forward some but wouldn't go when I hit the gas...Today I took the wheels and caliper off and pushed them back I was thinking maybe I didn't push the piston back far enough. Does anyone know what could possible cause this to happen? What could I check?

I suggest buying a new battery and see how that may change things.
