Default suspension refresh: new mounts/bushing?

i have 100k (km) on my IS250, and will be installing Eibach pro-kit after the winter, and since i have that much mileage, i was thinking to "refresh" those upper mount or related bushing that will wear out (or compress).

was looking for a kit from Sewell but no luck. for those who had update their mounts/bushing, any tips of which one is a must replace item?

thanks

Are you talking about the rubber bushings in the upper control arms or something else? I would recommed looking here for upgrades to the factory bushings :

Otherwise, Sewell will have you covered on the OEM stuff.

thanks for your reply. not upgrading factory stuff to performance stuff, just regular maintenance.

i assume strut mount bushing and some other surround rubber pieces will age after so many years of compression. I saw a diagram from Sewell, but dont know which part i should replace (unless i replace all)
