The IS F uses the same master cylinder as the IS250 and IS350.

I would say no due to the fact that the rotors and calipers are different in both setups.

Are the front brake calipers different? I am looking to convert my 06 is250 front calipers to 2 piston, what are the options?

Front and rear calipers are both different between IS250 and IS350.

IS250 is single piston front and rear, IS350 is 4-piston front, single piston rear.
