joedad,

Thanks for posting up - it's nice to have all the useful, real world info we can get on this site.
I'm playing around with slightly more front camber than you, but have been happy so far with the results.

I didn't get around to swapping the bushings. Our car was sold with the FIGS on it. Hopefully the next owner will be here and will read up.

I received my set of Figs LCA bushings last week and I finally had the chance to do the modification. Though it took much longer than I would like, the upgraded bushings have been installed:

I had a very difficult time trying to loosen the long bolt that's connected to the side rail bracket as well as trying to deflect the LCAs enough to push out the brackets. I still have to torque all the nuts and bolts but after that, I'll take a test drive to see if I notice any new changes/improvements to the dynamics of the vehicle.

I had been hoping that these may actually provide a bit better/more direct steering feel, has anyone experienced that? I would definitely expect it under braking while corning, but just normal road feel?

Any thoughts on that?

The bushings will provide better and more direct steering. The front really slices into corners quickly with the factory alignment specs and these bushings. I didn't run them with a sticky tire, but noticed an improvement.

I just took out my car to try out the new bushings and I concur with ChickenIS' statement. The steering input has more of a go-kart feel with additional responsiveness coming from the chassis even when you subtly turn the wheel. It's doesn't have as much of an impact to the steering feel as the IS-F Steering ECU but they definitely complement one another.

Congrats on your bushing install. The tire wear is why I upgraded to these. The handling upgrade was a nice bonus.

Get the FIGS bushings for the fsport sways for an even tighter feel in the corners.

FIGs needs to offer a "master bushing" kit for the 2IS like they do for other models!

I'm curious to know what the durometer rating of the polyethylene bushings is that comes with the F-Sport sway bars compared to the ones that FIGS offers.

I'd guess F-Sport is a hair softer. I have no idea though.

There are just a few we are missing. But we can come close especially on the ones that matter.
most our sway bushings are 80 durometer, but the real benefit is in the lubrication features. Sticky sway bar bushings are what I estimate cause the majority of bar breakages.
