I found a guy parting out a flood damaged IS-F that he bought with a salvage title with under 15k miles and I can pick up some parts on the super cheap.

Would you touch the shock/spring assembly? Could water theoretically damage the seals on the shocks?

No way of knowing just how bad the car was submerged/sat/etc. It could just be an insurance total due to quick submersion.

The prices are really.. really right though..
