Default Use OEM shims in conjunction with shim-integrated pads?

Just wanted everyone's opinion or experiences on what they did on their 2IS when they installed brake pads that came with an integrated shim backing built-in. Did you use the OEM shims along with the pads or did you just use the pads without the OEM shim?

For reference, here are the pads I will be installing later this week : http://www.axxisbrakes.com/ult.html

Thanks!

Well, I installed the rear pads with both the anit-squeal shim and the "actual" shim. The pads themsevles didn't really have a metal shim as part of the pad's backing...so I went with both shims. No problems or squeals to report.
