Default Rear Camber Adj. Bolt Location

Trying to add a little more negative camber to clear my rear fenders. Which one of these are the adj. points for the rear camber (GS300).

Thanks.

if i were to adjust the camber eccentric bolt wouldnt the toe need to be adjusted too? since the lower arm is slightly to the rear it seams that you couldnt only adjust the camber but would have to adjust camber and toe at the same time
