i saw a few springs having these on. i bought used spring, do i need these rubber pieces or do i wait to see if they make noise?

thats a link to a tien one i found on ebay. Looks like it goes on the end of the springs.

If your having coil bind then your setup is done wrong. You shouldn't need to get these.

Looks like they could be added after anyways if you did want them once the springs are installed.

My Tein S techs came with these rubbers. They made noise too... The TTE springs I currently have don't have them.
