As long as nothing else other than the shocks/springs have been changed in the car then yes. All you would need is the OEM spring setup to get you back to that height. If the LCA have been changed to an aftermarket to account for the camber you may need to get the OEMs back on.
Im still very new to the suspension and cars in general so if im wrong someone correct me.

BTW. why do you want to raise it back up? Im not saying to go slammed but about an inch below the stock height still give you enough high to go over most speedbumps and prevent you from bottoming out while giving the car a bit more aggressive and modern look.
Either way its your car though. Do whatever you think looks good.
