Default Brake Master Cylinder Q?

so when i step on the brakes there is a slight leak in the bmc, there are some small bubbles coming out of where i have indicated in the picture below. you can hear a light noise, like air being pushed out, so was wondering if that can be a minor fixed or is the whole bmc going bad? also i just replaced my left front caliper and even after bleeding the brakes like a 100 times it doesn't seem to be as stiff as it was before is there something i'm doing wrong? the brakes still work perfectly fine as before, the pedal just doesn't seem to be as stiff and once you step on the brakes to get the car to stop completely you can still press it down more and it's not getting stiffer like i believe it should be. what can be the problem?

(this isn't actualy my bmc, i just got a pic offline to show you guys exactly where the air leak, as it seems to be, is coming from)
