Smile Air Ride

just bout an 04 gs300 was a show car from previous owner but he took everything off except the JP body kit, was looking to bag it again but do not know a quality brand

Was looking at air runners but they are an arm and a leg, i know you get what you pay for but was wondering if there was a brand that is reliable for a resonable price

heard about ksports, uas system, etc but dont really know what to go with

anyone got previous experince with this that could help me out

thank!

how much do the air runners go for nowadays? k-sport, air runner, uas, and airrex are the only brands u can go with. Probably the most affordable option would be UAS.

I've heard alot of good reviews about airrex.....but the cheapest is probably going to be uas.

I would do UAS bags over coilovers. Megan LP and UAS bags. That'll be roughly around $2500-$3000 vs $4k+ for air runners. Just my .02 cents

Spend 3k+ for uas? I rather save alil more and buy airrunners for 4K. Or go my route and go with airforce air. Got em in two of my cars and few of my buddy's cars and I think they ride better than airrunners. But half the price

How bad is the ride if you just bought a kit and run the bags on stock struts? Will it still be on the floor when aired out?

UAs sucks bc the front bags rub the knuckle other then that they are ok! But I'd scratch UAs off that list if I was you!

i wouldnt say UAS sucks just because of the rubbing issue. You have to understand that UAS is a universal application. It rubs on other cars too but doesnt seem like they complain too much about it since they understand that its universal.

After looking at the Air Runner site, it looks like the only major difference between UAS and Air Runner is the strut setup...oh yeah, and the price, jeez! $4700-6000??? I dont know what bags you guys are running but mine dont rub.

go air cups and coils best setup i ever had. someone try stance solution cups. its affordable and alot of vdub guys run them. i mean hell you cant beat 500 bux given that you had your own tank valves and compressor. air bags are cool but you still run into the problem they might bust. at least if a cup failed you can still drive around bc you are already set at right height!
