Default VERY loud clunk/pop in the front end

I'm having a VERY VERY loud clunking/popping going over speed bumps or major changes in degree of wheel travel. Just had the lower control arms replaced and had an alignment done. Everything FELT tight..could this be an upper control arm/upper strut mount issue? I am going get coilovers soon and I want to iron this out while I can.

first check strut itself, then mounts. Then upper control arm bushings. then front sway bar bushings

how often do struts normally last? they've been on the car for about 4-5 years and have around 39,000 miles on them..from Nebraska to Arizona.

really depends upon mileage and how hard (road conditions) the car was driven. But should last 75,000 miles in my opinion

Also check the main cross member bolts. If I remember it right, there's 4 of them 19mm deep socket 158ft/lbs.

Have you checked what I mentioned? Although from the video, it sounds like your struts are bottoming out or something is hitting something....

Check your sway bar end links...

You pretty much just have to get down there and look regardless, as it could be a number of things.

Take your wheel off on both sides and take pictures for us. Hopefully we can spot it.

Was it popping at all before the install? New or used LCAs went in? Etc

Well, had it at the shop today and they really couldn't find anything wrong besides where the LCA bolts to the cross member. This area was slightly bent. They straitened it out and now it makes more noise. this leads me to think that my LCA bushings are possibly bad. Any thoughts?
