But I think they are no longer made. You can just buy the complete lower arms for the 2001 to 2005 GS and it will come with TRD type bushes fitted.

The ROCA USA is a sub-division of Megan racing here in California. It's in the after market in since 2001. Hell either way I rather spend couple hundred dollars on replacing those bushing instead of probably more then thousand $$$$. The two UCA alone is already $650 just for parts.

this part listing might help....

http://www.trdparts.jp/english/list_aristo.html

although it DOES show the 48655-JS600 to be discontinued the 48655-JS610 seems to be a replacement and is still available

That's great info Brian... I did not realize that TRD made all these replacement bushings. I wonder if they are OEM or stiffer, they say that these bushing are "a great item for any modified vehicle and for those looking to increase the handling characteristics of their vehicle. The mounts will better stabilize the suspension during spirited driving especially during braking, cornering and acceleration."

But the ride is incredible, it's like have that new car back. I'd be hardpressed to ever go back to poly bushings again, at least not Daizens.
Other than curing your clunking, how do the Roca bushings improve the ride compared to the Daizens?

I did not realize how many other annoying noises I was getting aside from the clunking - little pops, creaks, snaps, you name it. I felt like I was driving a heap instead of a Lexus, I started to prefer driving my 15 year old Chrysler minivan.

Once I replaced the Daizens with the Roca bushings, ALL of that went away. I never expected that extra benefit. It's just solid and quiet.

I can't say how the Rocas compare to Daizens in hard or spirited driving, I don't drive my car that way. From my POV, the best performance oriented approach would be the Figs spherical bearing approach, it looks killer. But for me, I would not want to put up with the extra transmitted noise and "feel". I like the OEM feel .

No, it turned out (like I expected) that the Roca bushing is a complete replacement for the OEM bushing. So you need to get the OEM bushing out completely, including the outer sleeve, and press the Roca bushing in its place.

i love sewell but even FIGS has said these bushings just arent designed well.... my issue with them for one is all the air holes in the rubber. they were designed just as a replacement but without the concept of WHY they needed to be replaced
