Best Lowering Springs for IS350?

i have rode eibach on a saturn and a maxima rode beautiful compared to teins. i could never go tein again. if i got springs i would have to go f sport or eibach... i dont know how eibach is on the is350 though.
Most of the time you get a bouncy suspension when you use a mushy strut like what comes stock with our cars.
Anyone with experience in dropping on springs wouldn't recommend dropping more than .5 inches on stock struts.

theres 3 diff kinds of megan coils and hows the ride quality with them? How long do coils last, this car just for looks..no tracking or anything

My lowering springs are a brand called "Hotchkis". They make sway bars for the 2IS as well. I bought them off eBay for $110 shipped and I think they're pretty good for that price. It dropped the rear 0.8" and the front 1.2". Basically, I got a one finger gap on the front and rear.
