Well heres my idea. And the knuckle I use.
I started first by making one set with just shorter ends. by cutting of material and also moving em down bellow the existing parts thats left to get as much contact surface for super strong welds aswell as the bumpsteer gets reduced.
But after drifting with these for like half this year I wanted to do something else. I wanted some more angle and I taught lets make em a bit more shorter but also move the end more towards the ball joint for increased paralell steer or less ackerman.
these works great and I also made an jig since I dont want em to be depending on what mood im in etc.
But the thing thats itches my head is that I dont know if I should run with this parallel steer improvement or get rid of it. cus if i loose it the following wheel will turn a bit less and the leading wheel will turn more and since the following wheel always scrapes its seems like no problem really apart from that i might be able to drift faster with the current setup.
And also i suffer from my wheels scraping the bolts of my upper control arm aswell as my wheels hit the arb.. so right now im working on a solution to move it.
And in the future i think i will just mod the connections for the controll arms by extending and shortening upper vs low to get some roll center correction.

lots of nice looking setups here
I have modified knuckles and extended lca's (wide track). however, this has created the need for longer tie rods (about 2-3" per side). does anyone know of a tie rod from another lexus or toyota or any other car that bolts right in and it about 3" longer than the sc tie rod? it would be a great help if such a thing existed because it would save me a lot more cutting and welding work. I would go with an aftermarket setup like battleversion but I dont think that will give me the extra width I need
thanks
