Wait till your coilovers settle at the height you set like others said. If your going to lower it, do it now. Once you align this bad boy and you mess with goin lower, it will throw off your alignment. Every tadbit counts when it comes to having the car aligned right.

Get them installed at at the approximate height you want. Drive around a few days and see if they settle. Re-adjust height and drive around for a few more days, check height, if good get an alignment.
