Default Mystery noise from the left?

So a few ago going into a turn (right turn) at about 20-25mph I heard an awkward noise from the left side. This occurs much more (louder) of the body roll leans on the left front wheel. the quicker I turn the wheel into the turn to cause a larger lean, the louder the noise. This only happens into a right turn never a left. I had needed the steering rack bushings and caster arms. Well i replaced those and the noise still exists. Its almost like a creaking noise. im not sure where to begin. Everything else on the car is tight and has no problems (at least that being said when the car is checked on a lift) I am dropped on BC racing coils if that can help
