It depends on how low you are. If you're reallly low you are definitely going to feel every bump. But if you're not to low and you have a good set of tires, the ride should be smooth.

LOL yes it is. Its your UCA hitting top of the wheel well. There's a couple of thread about it. It's normal for our cars riding low lol

oh i was the asian guy in your bodybuilding class with the gray '03 TL-S. i talked to you in the parking lot before with my buddy haha. didn't know you were on clublexus as well.. but yeah.. pretty sick drop. when you get them LM's, your car will be even sicker!

and yeah thats your upper control arm banging on top of the metal. usually people would remedy that by drilling a hole on top of their strut bar housing so that it can pass through whenever you hit a bump.

lol its a small world bro, you still hitting the gym up!?
so you think the problem would be solved with the drilling of the whole?
how bout raising the front just a little, would that solve the problem or is the upper control arm banging always going to be a problem, the nooise makes my girl jump in her seat LOL.

Not exactly a fan because you will ride like that for only a little while then raise it.

Save up for air ?

can anyone advise me on how much higher i would have to raise the front to clear the UCA arm from banging on the wheel well? you guys where right tho, turned my wheel & saw the uca ball joint actually indenting into the wheel well, if i raise it, is it going to be a dramatic raise to clear the uca balljoint? im not really feeling the whole drilling into the frame & making a hole. any ideas?
im also working on the custom skid plate as well at the moment(:
anyone have any experience with that?

You need a pair of RCA - the thickest that you can find and make sure you get 12.9 grade bolts. The rca will allow you to drop your car more and allow you to raise back up the suspension and that might give you some clearance while allowing less tire wear and clear the uca's.

Look of RMMGS4's post or do a search for delron -- custom skid plates.
