Default BCR Coils with F-sport rear sway?

Hey guys im about to add the f-sport rear sway to my awd. Ive already had the BCR coils in for over a year now but havent touched the Dampening settings since install. The shop just set them for me so i dont even know what numbers im sitting at now. Im pretty sure they are pretty soft tho. Anyway how stiff should i set them with the rear sway? I dont want it too hard but not super soft either.

i have the same setup. The shop that did mine put it at ten from hard on both front and rear. But i changed it to 15 from hard for the front and 10 from hard on the rear. But i do have to factor in that i have stiffer spring rates.

I dont have the AWD but I have the BCR coils and the Fsport bars. I think the best way to drive it is to have it as stiff as possible as long as it doesnt get uncomfortable for you. I usually do front 18 clicks and rear 14.. more than that starts to get too stiff for everyday driving.

If you go to the track depends on the behavior of the car (oversteer understeer, etc) also depends on the tires you are running, sizes, width, stock rims or not. etc. I like going as stiff as possible as long as the tires doent give up too early on turns. Basically the worst your tires are, the softer I go. the better they are the stiffer I go.

18 and 14 clicks away from soft correct? Asnt there 30 clicks for the BCRs? so wouldnt 18 and 14 put it right in the middle making it pretty soft still?

I am just in the middle settings for my BCRs and the F-sport rear sway bar takes away all the body roll. Must have setup. The coilovers take care of the steering response and dampening and while the rear sway bar gets rid of body roll/lean. =)
