Default ideas to improve handling of IS250

IS250 can't compete with the big boys in hp, i'd like to go toward improving the handling. other than springs/shocks and sway bars, any other ideas to reduce weight and improve handling on our 250?

you can put every under body brace out there including sway bars, GT Spec front strut bar and Tuned Parts.net rigid bars.!

You will get the best handling with excellent tires. IMO, without good tires, springs, coils, or sway bars will be useless.

Does the body brace even help with handling? Correct me if I am wrong, but I have heard that body braces are ineffective?

You might make the "feel" a bit different, but as far as getting around corners faster? Nope.

Maybe after doing every single other thing in this thread including corner balancing and slicks, on a prepared track, you might then be able to measure some actual benefit from a body brace, but otherwise it's dead weight on the car which is the opposite of what you want.

Thanks Kurt for the info! That's what I thought. So installing struts and braces are just useless.
