Default Rear sits lower than other owners of espelier/ltuned combo

Looking at pics of everyone else with this combo the rear of theirs sits higher than the front. It's almost a rake look. On mine the rear is sitting lower than the front with almost no fender gap. With one person in the back the tires are tucked already.

Could it be the shocks are bad/blown and causing the sag? I don't have a megawatt system or anything heavy in the back either. I've put up with it but now that the rear is eating my tires I want to see if I can get the rear a little higher so my camber and toe won't be so bad. I had Cyrus at JC Autohaus do the alignment back in July and the best he could get in the rear was -2.8 for camber and .07 for toe on both sides.
