the only thing we noticed was the tie rods dont seem to thread all the way on like the oem ones....have pics of this also but so far all is good. we'll see how much better i like the red after the alignment

Could be 3 weeks to a month an a half. I like to validate design as best I can prior to full exposure.
I leave for 2 weeks and this is what I miss??? Figs, do you have any tie-rod ends left? I'm also looking for the RCA balljoint spacers

nice pieces! great to see someone fabricating parts for the GS. hope to get my hands on some of these parts soon. the full ikeya line-up costs over 4k before shipping. ouch.

Brian, did he replace the inner toe link eccentric bolt? It should really be retained and set to the max inward setting. I am not sure a regular bolt will hold alignment here. Also you want it all the way in so that the link is at max length...reduces toe in on compression because its a longer arc length.

I will go ahead and chime in since i installed all this........ i had a situation in the rear of his car where the bolts for both the toe link and the rear control arm on the drivers side were completely rusted into the bushing sleeves, so they had to be cut out and could not be re-used..... and since our lovely Lexus dealer is closed on the weekends i had no other choice but to get generic bolts to hold it together.

they are however set to the most inward position to allow the toe link to be as long as possible (the passenger side still retains the eccentric bolts)...... I have left it up to Brian whether or not he wants to replace the generic bolts with the OEM eccentric ones.

All of the parts look great though! The only concern i did have was with the front tie rod ends.... it seems that the tie rod needs a little deeper threads to go on to the rack further, although i do believe there is still enough adjustment in the heim joint end to make up for the lack of inner adjustiblitly, so it may not be a concern (i will talk with Brian once it gets back from alignment to make sure they didnt have any problems getting it in spec)

Overall great looking products though (seems he bought everything that you offer too haha)

I do have more pics that i will get put up hopefully soon to show off the pieces

alignment shop called me a second ago, going to pick it up. he said everything aligned great,im heading to pick it up in a second and he has a printout of the specs for me. i will post the specs when i get back from getting it. im good with the generic bolts as long as the tensile strength of the bolt isnt compromised. i still dunno why our local lexus parts place is closed on the weekend, makes no sense. but i try and use the toyota place on the weekends if i can. i will meet up with you later this week for you to drive it and see how you think it feels. i also had them add some more nitrogen to my tires.....from 30 psi to 35

Ah, that sucks Chris. I know the feeling. The hardest part of any install seems to be the removal of stock components

The front tie rod end couplers had the threads swapped so I should be getting the new parts any day now. The thread in of the heim should allow it to get as snug as the stock...at least I measured it to do such.

How is the front wheel clearance on the tie rod ends? pics please?
