Bilstein HD AK1242Front/AK1243Rear + Hypercoil 2.5" springs. You can't touch it without spending 5 times the money. Search Gixxer Drew.

I've got the Tokico Blues. They are stiffer than stock. I've got stock springs and MKIV TT wheels. My car feels very tight and handles like a sports car.

Had tokicos before and loved them, cant beat the price, also they come with a lifetime warranty against manufacturers defects.
They do shine on the high speeds as well.

I purchased KYB GR2's for my stock springs and absolutely hated them. Very rough on expansion joints and simply jarring overall. Your aftermarket springs are already stiffer than the stock springs so the OEM struts/shocks should balance them out nicely. I have new OEM struts with SC400 Eibachs and love the setup. Handles nicely but retains OEM ride quality. If you want something more agressive then I agree that the gixxer_drew setup is a good choice.
