Default Tom's 6- Link broke. Need help to contact them. Pics on PG2

I just started to get this weird clunk in my suspension. Got under the car, checked everything. Right before I gave up, I decided to check all the mods. Well my driver side (biggest) link broke right around the mounting cup. I put a screwdriver in it, and was able to move around. Crap, this sux.

Can someone help me find out how I can contact Toms to get this sorted out? This is really unexpected from any of their parts.

I will get pics once I get back under there. Thanks all in advance.

Pictures on Page 2.

Thanks for the info.

Yea I'll get a pic soon. I just don't drive it every day so not really with me at the moment.

Old now, I got it with the group buy on 11/13/2006. So almost 4 years old.

I live in NYC, but the car is garage kept, and does not see much bad weather. Even when I do take it out in the winter, I tend to wash it right away.

I'll try to contact them and see what they say. I hope I can buy just the one link if it comes down to it. Thanks.

I thought I listed a knock off version of this. Search for my name and 6 link... not sure how I referenced it.

I had the same problem 8 years ago. I found out it was due to improper install.
When you get them mounted the car must be at normal driving height. best way is to use a alignment hoist so the wheels are on the ground. I did it for the next set and they are still good 8 years later.

I installed them properly. Car was on ramps, and all suspension was under load. Car was not jacked up at all for this process. Only difficulty I had during the install was the exhaust being in the way. I remember is was a pain removing the hangers from the bushings and then being under the car with the exhaust laying on top of me.

Well guess what. Toms reply:

Dear Sir,
Thank you for your mail.

I understood your suituation.
Did you talk about this matter with CARSON-Toyota?
I can send a replacement parts to CARSON-Toyota when I get this information from them.
Please contact CARSON-Toyota.

If you have any question, please feel free to contact us.

Sincerely yours.

And now look at Carsons reply:

Toms has no warranty on the items sir since they are exported from Japan and carry no warranty in the US, but we do cover them for 90 days through Carson Toyota.

The links are only available through toms as a set, they do not sell the links as individual pieces.

When was the item purchased?

Seems like Carson is trying to screw me.
