Default shocks question

I just bought a bilstein/eibach combo from another CL member. It's in good condition and came off a GS300. Do I need anything else? A camber kit or anything? Anything I need to know or tell the installers when I get it installed? I've never lowered a car before so I just wanted to know. Thanks for your help.

Hey, virtualinsanity!

I have the same spring/shock combo that you have. I did not get anything else... I just dropped it off at the shop (Lexus dealership) and had it installed.

1.2 inch drop does not require a camber kit, but you should do a 4-wheel alignment after the install.

And, of course, keep your old parts, just in case.
Good luck and enjoy the car afterwards!

Don't need anything. I'd suggest you to do alignment/balance after several days. Let the suspension sink in first. Usually it took about a week for suspension to reach its constant height.
